"I hired him to build a bulkhead. The entire job had to be redone increasing my cost by $17,500. As he did not appear in court, I have a judgement against him, but will not ever be able to collect because others are first in line, and he would have to pay them first. He lives in a shack not worth anything, so he has no assets. I reported him to the attorney general, but since he is not a registered contractor, there is nothing the AG can do. He has no license that can be taken away. I wish I had this information before I hired this bum. It is also surprising that he is still in business, since his defense to the AG was that he was so ill he could no work, and that was over a year ago."

"He did not clean up after job, left huge pile of sheetrock, tile and wood in front of the house claimed his truck broke. Poor work done on the facia it started bulging within 2 weeks after installing. He claims the facia is defective and put a few extra nails to fix it. Well it made it worse."
