"Fired him after 2 years of renovation work and spending over $1million. Now in the process of fixing all the defective work of his subs and employees as a direct result of lack of supervision and failure to follow architectural specifications. Problems include walls out of plumb, unlevel floors, completely refinishing drywall, failed stucco, plumbing errors, destruction of salvages materials, potential tax and insurance fraud, etc.
